Know your level by bicycle

A guide to know the best trip that adapts to your way of living the bicycle
A guide to make the right choice

The level adapted to you

LEVEL 1: I ride on bike occasionally. Unfortunately, at this moment of my life I am not fit enough for trips longer than 15 kilometers (9 miles) and full of slopes.  LEVEL 2: To be honest, I don´t use my bike very often so I would not be very comfortable if I have to ride more than 30 kilometers (19 miles), including cycling more than 300 meters (1.000 feet) of altitude gain, please!!  LEVEL 3:  I try to use my bike at least once a week so I am ready for rides of up to 60 kilometers (38 miles) per day and also I am able to reach 600 (2.000 feet) meters of ascent. LEVEL 4: I use my bicycle at least one or two times per week. It would not be a problem for me riding 70 or 80 kilometers ( 44 or 50 miles) a day including 1.200 meters  (4.000 feet) uphill. LEVEL 5: I try to ride the bike at least two or three times per week. I like to test myself searching for challenges so I can ride more than 120 (75 miles) with an altitude gain of 2000 meters (6562 feet). I like the “one-day sportive rides” but I do not feel much ready to accomplish the longest Granfondo. LEVEL 6: No doubt, bike is my passion. I use my bike 4 or 5 times a week completing distances of 150 kilometers (94 miles) including elevation gains of 3.000 meters (9843 feet).  LEVEL 7: I love challenges. I usually cover 160 kilometers (100 miles) as part of my training plan so anything you can offer me it won´t really impress me much.   LEVEL 8: Bike is definitely the reason to get up from bed every morning. I dedicate myself to train and ride as much as possible!! So the tougher your plan the higher my motivation!!
