All our products shown in this website have a 21% VAT tax included.

The services included in every trip are detailed in the description section of the tours. In case any service is not shown as included, it may appear as an optional service, but if that service is not shown in none of the sections, that means that the service is not included in the trip conditions.

Please, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any question about it.

The balance of your payment is due 45 days prior to the trip departure. The booking will be confirmed once the 50 % of the tour price is paid which has to be made more than 45 days before the tour departure.

Any trip may be cancelled, postponed and also you´ll be able to change the holder of the trip.

You may change dates and booking conditions with at least 45 days prior to the departure tour with a fee of 150 Euros. Within 45 days prior to the tour departure, the conditions are the same as for booking cancellations, see below.

The following special cancellation conditions will apply to every tour shown in the website:

• Before 60 days of the tour departure: 150 €
• Between 60 and 31 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee of 50% of the original trip price.
• Between 30 and 16 days prior to departure: Cancellation fee of 70% of the original trip price.
• Between 15 and 1 day prior to departure: Cancellation fee of 90% of the original trip price.
• No presentation at departure location: Cancellation fee of 100% of the original trip price.

In case of Madrid guided city tours, the cancellation fee is 20 % of the original tour price if the cancellation is notified more than 24 hours before the start of the tour.

We accept any credit or debit card, Paypal, bank transfer or cash payment in our offices.

Iberrides Tours S.L. will not be responsible of the customer non-presentation at the tour departure location on time due to flight cancellation or delay. Also apply to other means of transport.

Iberrides Tours S.L. will not be responsible of personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellation, delays or any other question beyond our control.

Participants are responsible for having adequate travel insurance covering accident, personal injury, evacuation and medical costs, loss of luggage and cancellation.

Iberrides Tours S.L. reserves the right to make route or hotel changes if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

In case the customer rent a bike with Iberrides Tours S.L. he/she is liable for any damage caused to the bike due to an accident or misuse.

Participants declare to be fit enough and healthy to undertake the tour they have acquired.

These terms and conditions of contract and all matters arising from it, are subject to Spanish Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
